Experience with Fortune 200 companies including Apple, Intel, Symantec, VMware and Borland Software, She has managed several marquee customer events including MacWorld, The Intel Pentium Tour, Symantec Vision and led strategy and development for C-level, Partner and User Group programs globally hosting tens of thousands of attendees.

Alloy Partner Mary Devincenzi has 20+ years of PR and communications experience with large enterprise and emerging tech companies, and Silicon Valley VC firms. With years of agency experience and in-house roles, Mary's developed a deep expertise in crafting great stories. Through the years, she has worked with technology companies on a wide array of communications services including message development, PR strategy, roll-up-your-sleeve’s media relations and creative content. Mary has built programs from scratch that drive business results and created platforms to elevate brands and executives. Through this work, Mary has developed a deep network of trusted relationships with influential reporters and industry influencers. 

Prior to starting her own consulting practice, Mary was a Partner at Big Sky Communications, a PR and Customer Reference program agency, where she managed large accounts including NetApp and Sun Microsystems. Earlier she held various communications positions at Apple. Recent clients include Atomwise, DFJ, Lattice (recently acquired by Apple), LeoLabs, Mythic AI, Nervana (recently acquired by Intel) PlanetLabs, Pro.com, Walmart Labs, Wave AI, Xealth, among others.

Alloy Partner Mike MacIntosh has held many positions in sales and marketing during his 14 years with Apple, before becoming CEO and co-founder of Fuel, a successful tech ad agency, in 1998. In 2002 he joined Brio as Vice President of Corporate Marketing, and held the same position at Hyperion, in addition to establishing the company's first customer marketing function. He then co-founded Xpollen, a marketing technology start-up, followed by a period of independent consulting. Since early 2009, Mike has been Senior Director of Customer Advocacy at SonicWall, both prior to and after the Dell acquisition of the company. During the 5 years as part of Dell, Mike led customer advocacy for the Dell Software business unit, establishing best practice programs and processes across the entire organization.

Today, as a member of the Alloy team, Mike's sole focus lies in helping our clients keep existing customers longer and to develop them into larger customers. While at SonicWall, his strategy and programs grew upgrade sales from roughly $5MM per year to over $130MM per year today. Additionally, his programs contributed to an increase in SonicWall's renewal attainment from approximately 62% to well over 80%. Combined, these two areas have grown to contribute over 65% of the company's annual revenue each year.
